Finished earlier this week Freakonomics, which I bought for my trip back from LA last week. Freakonomics is about unconventional wisdom, using the raw data of economics in imaginative ways to ask clever and diverting questions. Examples:What do schoolteachers and sumo wrestlers have in common? Why do drug dealers still live with their moms? I found it fun, as it is the sort of book that open the mind, and encourage to look at things in a different way. On the other hand, not sure all the hype in the US about the book is fully justified.

The story continues on the authors’ blog. Also, the authors were visiting the Googleplex few days ago. Review: Guardian.
